We talk a lot about bread on eatSCV, but that doesn’t mean we don’t think of those that can’t partake! Our favorite girl defloured, Alison Needham is here to save the holidays for our gluten free friends!
Alison Needham of Ginger & Fox Bake Shop, Santa Clarita’s premiere gluten-free bakery, is offering a series of baking classes this Holiday season. Her first, Gluten-Free Pies on Saturday, November 14th from 3-5 pm, is a hands-on class where you will learn her secret recipe for the perfect gluten-free crust, see a pumpkin butter pie demo (with tasting), and prepare your own apple pie to take and bake at home. Cost is $50 and tickets can be purchased here.
Her second,Gluten-Free Holiday Cookies, will be on Sunday, December 13th from 3-5 pm. There you will learn how to bake a variety of gluten-free treats while sipping on house-made eggnog. Each participant will take home 1 dozen cookies. Cost is $35 and tickets can be purchased here.
