Summer is winding down to an end, and that of course means kids are headed back into school.   It also means it’s time to ramp up the fundraising for schools with the WiSH Foundation’s annual Cocktails On The Roof fundraiser Friday, August 25th at Westfield Valencia Town Center.  The third installment promises to bring more vendors, more food, of course more drinks and undoubtedly more fun than ever before.

As in the past, Cocktails On The Roof brings together some of Santa Clarita’s best places to eat and drink, great wines and spirits, and the entire community together for an unforgettable night, under the starts.  Local favorites Newhall Refinery, Salt Creek Grille, Marstons, Olive Terrace Cafe and An Indian Affaire will be providing some of the local flavor for food.  A cocktail or even a non-alcoholic “mock-tail” might be found at their booths.  Other well known eateries including Bonefish Grille, CPK and Solita will be there in support, among others. Why Wait Till Next Week?

The celebration kicks off this week with the official Cocktails On The Roof pre-party at The Oaks Grille at TPC on Thursday, August 17 from 5pm to 9pm.   15% of all proceeds from food and beverage sales that evening will be donated to the WiSH foundation.  The night’s festivities include a live DJ and a “spirited” bartender competition.
