Umaichi Ramen, purveyor of some of the best ramen north of the 118, is changing hands, but not changing much else, according Andrew Song, former owner.

In a text message with eatSCV, Song said he was transferring ownership of the business to his sister, but that he would still be involved in the management of the operation.

“Don’t worry. Nothing [will] change.” Song reassured.

And that’s good news.
