Since it opened last fall, solita Tacos & Margaritas has staked a solid claim for itself as one of the hot new restaurants at Valencia Town Center’s Patios. Hoping to strengthen that claim, solita has announced their own version of Taco Tuesdays, with tequila thrown in the mix. Starting today, the Baja Mexican inspired restaurant will offer special plates including tacos, taquitos, quacamole, margaritas and other tequila offerings for as low as $4.00.

Offerings include their Wood Grilled Chicken Street Tacos, Oak-Roasted Chicken Tacos, Carnitas Tacos, Crispy Fish Tacos and the Chorizo, Sweet Potato & Black Bean Tacos, according to their press release. Tofu Tacos are available on the discount menu as well for vegetarians. Specialty items like their chicken taquitos are available for $5.00 and guacamole for $6.00.

A wide assortment of margaritas including their house margarita and skinny margarita are available starting at just $6.00. Margarita trios featuring exotic flavors such as mango, kiwi or guava in addition to standards like strawberry and watermelon are available for $12 as are buckets of four beers.
