Speakeasy Bakery Classes Return February 15, 2015

SCV Foodies and The Speakeasy Bakery are proud to offer a return of Speakeasy Bakery 101 teaching basic no-knead sourdough bread, and the introduction of Speakeasy Bakery 102, an advanced class.

Classes will be held Sunday, February 15, 2015 at the Northpark HOA Clubhouse.  Each class is 90 minutes long and will give you the skills to begin baking delicious, fresh, hearty bread at home for a fraction of the cost of store bought, and yet infinitely more flavor and character.
