Solita Tacos and Margaritas, which has quickly emerged as a popular spot in the Valencia Town Center patios, is hosting a Grand Opening Celebration to raise funds for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Santa Clarita Valley.  The celebration will be Thursday evening, February 5th from 6pm to 9pm, and feature free food all night long including a fresh quacamole station, handmade tortilla chips and a taco bar featuring Wood-Grilled Ancho Chile Chicken, Carne Asada, Pork Carnitas and more wood grilled and smoked meats.

The bartenders of solita Tacos and Margaritas will be busy, with three bar areas setup to offer 8 specialty cocktails and over 40 of the world’s best tequilas.  One-hundred percent of the proceeds from bar sales will benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of Santa Clarita Valley.

“The goal is to support a worthy cause while we bring people in, tell our story and give them a real feel for solita Tacos & Margaritas, who we are, and what we are doing here in Valencia specifically,” solita Co-Founder and Director of Operations Matt Baumayr says. “Valencia is a town that spoke to us when we were looking for our next location. The sense of community was so strong, and we are so proud to now be a part of it.”
