I love me a Sow & Cow. Well, I love me the Chuck & Brisket too. Farm style with the pork belly and egg, or maybe just Cali style with avocado and bacon… Wash it down with a great craft beer and you’ve really got a perfect meal. One of the best indulgences in Santa Clarita in my very humble opinion.
That’s why next Foodie Friday will be lunch at Rustic Burger. We’re calling it founder’s day because it’s the day after my birthday and I’m the founder of eatSCV. What you can get me for my birthday is the gift of your presence here for lunch.
Alex and the crew from Rustic are looking forward to welcoming us and are feverishly (or not) dreaming up of special treats for us, just for being SCV Foodies. Come have a burger, or some salmon, or shrimp burger. On a fresh baked brioche bun done in house that is second only to The Speakeasy Bakery’s brioche in the SCV. If meat isn’t your thing, well, they do have salads.
So come hang out! We’ll be there from 11-1, come whenever and enjoy a burger, a beer (or milkshake) and hang out with fellow foodies.
